One of my favorite arrangements in KFAD, and definitely one of the most well executed, is "Discussion -MIX- (TOURNAMENT Version)", a Law and Disorder arrangement. It was released near the very end of the tournament, after L+D were eliminated and shortly before the finals concluded.

For some context: If KFAD had an antagonist, it would have been Law and Disorder. They demolished winner's bracket. Like, absolutely demolished. They won all of their matchups by massive margins, so much so that people thought they were rigged to win. People were voting against Law and Disorder instead of for their opponent, and they still were untouchable. It was only in the winner's finals when the unstoppable force encountered its immovable object in DJ Professor K and was finally eliminated.

So Discussion Mix (as I will call it for brevity's sake) follows Law and Disorder's path through the tournament. The core motif of the song is "Discussion -MIX- (EDGE Version)" from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, and we begin with an arrangement of this theme. The foreboding energy of it is palpable, like they know the game is theirs. The song mellows out a bit, never dropping the pulsing beat and the ominous chanting, before abruptly Papyrus jumps into frame.

This is the first round. Nothing has happened yet, and Papyrus doesn't suspect anything. He goes with the flow of the music, subbing in his own instruments and using his own chattering in place of the chanting voice. Everything is fine, as far as Papyrus is concerned, until Law and Disorder's instruments begin to creep back in. The unintelligable chants drown out Papyrus' own voice. You can hardly hear him anymore under all the extra layers, suffocating him. Law and Disorder deploy an upwards climbing synth, pulling Papyrus' time to a close. As he is drowned out, Papyrus lets out one last cry, a rueful trousling of bones escaping him as he-

Next on the chopping block, ZUN is more prepared than Papyrus. Full on the offensive, he breaks out a rendition of "UN Owen Was Her?", choir dramatically ahhh-ing along, piano angrily rolling along refusing to resolve its melody. Law and Disorder barely allow ZUN the time to warm up before striking back, the familiar ominous chant underscoring his arrangement. The same rising synth sneaks back in, threatening to offer ZUN the same fate as the skeleton before him, though this time it takes the sound of the famed ZUNpets. He's trying to tame the beast. The rolling piano begins to resolve itself, harsh chords slamming aggressively. Another sort of chant comes in, responding to the assault, but not for long. The choir from the start resturns, to see ZUN out.

Weird Al isn't scared. He's hot shit and he knows it. The people love him, more than ever now with his new stand「BEAT IT」, and he's ready to take on whoever is coming. MJ starts him off, busting out all his Ooh's and Ow's as they fade in, before Al breaks into rap. Belting out the lyrics to "White and Nerdy", he's plain bragging, sure he can't lose. MJ, not letting up on the percussion, bursts into song, repeating his "Annie are you okay" as Al gets to the point. The chanting this time is his own, asserting over and over he's number one. Only now do Law and Disorder rear their heads onto Al, the ever rising synth enveloping the track once again. Weird Al goes silent, leaving his stand to keep up the fight on his own. Michael Jackson keeps up for a brief time, before surrendering a final "You've been hit by- You've been hit by-"
